If in case you are canceling admission and do not have a visa refusal letter, please write it on a letter and attach it.

If you would like the refund to go into an account not in the student’s name, the student needs to attach a signed letter advising that he would like the money to go to this other individual.

The letter needs to contain the following:

  • Student name and signature
  • Name of the individual receiving the credit, along with a statement of permission confirming that the student has no objection to the money being received in this other mentioned account.
